A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Genesee address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Too many Genesee, CO families have called a big national number only to get bounced through hold music before a random subcontractor shows up hours later, so Hirex Water Damage built its Genesee operation differently. Every technician on our Genesee roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Genesee isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Genesee, CO licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Our Genesee, CO-based equipment cache means drying gear is already close by, not stuck in a truck three states away.
Ask any Genesee property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Genesee call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Genesee started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Genesee team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Genesee crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Genesee units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Genesee homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Genesee accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Blackwater losses in Genesee get handled under strict Category 3 protocol: containment, PPE, antimicrobial application, and documented disposal of contaminated materials.
On top of standard drying, our Genesee crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.
You get a written estimate before any equipment runs, not a mystery total handed to you after the fact.
Local staging inside Genesee, CO means Genesee response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.

Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Our Genesee technicians use moisture meters at the start and the end of every job, and the final number has to hit the dry standard before we leave. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Genesee paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
